Our work together focuses on two archetypal themes. The first is the Peaceful Warrior. Buddhism defines the Peaceful Warrior as "one who is willing to know oneself" and "one who is willing face one's fears." The second archetype, the Lover, invites you to move beyond grief to more intimacy in all your relationships. By completing unfinished business with compassion, you become more fully present, not only to your relationships, but to your entire world.
The beauty of this work is that it helps to release issues that are held energetically in the body without a lot of analysis.
