 The Integration Intensive is designed to release the body of residual shame and feelings of not belonging that impede the flow of money, wealth, intimacy and being clear about one's service and purpose.
This intensive will be held at Angel Valley, a beautiful retreat center on the red stones of Sedona, AZ. The energy of this setting is highly conductive to support participants in connecting to their bodies to change their mindset. |

In safe and sacred space……
you will be initiated into Reiki Level I (energy channeling) to clear the old stories and as a tool to support your ongoing integration. Specific yoga asanas and sound healing will be used to rewire body stories for abundance. The invitation to drop any residual shame in your life through gentle body-oriented exercises will allow you to be freer in the service you offer to others. When your service comes from a genuine place of freedom, amazing prosperity can happen.
In a few exercises you will be encouraged to be unclothed (only to the degree you feel ready) in safe and sacred space. Being open with all aspects of yourself--emotionally, intellectually, physically and financially--will bring the greatest results. However, our guidelines respect your right to pass on any exercise.
